Apply all over the body before or during shower or bath. It is perfect for your hands, feet, arm, legs, elbows and knees. 
 
Ingredients: Sucrose, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil, Silica, Polysorbate 80, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Extract, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Extract, Tocopherols, BHT, Phenoxyethanol. 
 
Directions: Simly apply a small amount to the area and gemtly rub until the sugar has dissolved then rinse.  Do not apply to face.
